Service markup on metered provider cost. Council calls share the same cap. Exact private cache hits use no new model call. Dedicated projects and server automation require separate activation.

Payment collection is not configured yet. A credit request is an unpaid order, not a completed payment or an automatic credit grant.

Revenue comes from metered routing and separately contracted managed services. No recurring charge, top-up or automatic capital increase is enabled.
