GitHub preview 0.10.17 and a checksum-verified VSIX are published. Full access no longer pauses for rules-scan truncation, quarantined rules or non-destructive Git commands, command chains such as cd app && npm test are accepted, and a model step with no usable output reports model_output_unavailable with its task id instead of HTTP 502. Windows editor 1.140.07214 bundles this extension; its Linux x64 Remote SSH server is published with a passing smoke. Marketplace remains deferred.

Install

  1. Download the ZIP and compare its SHA-256 with the value above.
  2. Extract the whole archive into a folder you own and run Tvijo Code.exe.
  3. Open the Tvijo icon to sign in. Open Tvijo: Open learning guide from the Command Palette.
  4. For an existing installation, close the editor and unpack the new version into a new folder. Keep your previous folder and settings. Automatic updates are disabled.
  5. For a Linux x64 project host, reconnect with Open Remote SSH. The matching server now downloads automatically. Preserve your existing settings and remote files.

  • Anonymous ZIP download: 219,805,882 bytes; SHA-256 matches the published build receipt and checksum file (2026-10-27).
  • Native Windows CI40524272994 passed: CLI launch, extension 0.10.17 activation, offline guide, symbols, definitions and references. All 71 embedded extension files match the published VSIX byte for byte.

When it does NOT work

  • Windows x64 only; Windows on ARM and 32-bit Windows are not supported by this download.
  • The build is unsigned. Windows SmartScreen may show an unknown publisher. Check the SHA-256 before opening.
  • Automatic updates are disabled. Download each new release manually.

  1. Download the zip and compare its SHA-256 with shasum -a 256 (command below).
  2. Unzip, move Tvijo Code.app to Applications and open it. macOS will say the developer cannot be verified: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway.
  3. If macOS says the app is damaged, run: xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine "/Applications/Tvijo Code.app"
  4. Open the ›_ Tvijo icon and sign in.

Verified

  • The published zip matches the SHA-256 and size in this table (checked on Linux).
  • Product name, embedded extension 0.5.5, symlinks and the code-signature seal checksums were checked on Linux.

Not verified yet

  • Launch, sign-in and asking a question on a real Mac.
  • The Gatekeeper first-open flow (see the steps below).
  • Auto-update: it still points at the upstream project and was not tested.

When it does NOT work

  • Not signed with an Apple Developer ID and not notarized, so the first open needs the manual steps above.
  • Pick the build for your chip: Apple Silicon (M1 and later) or Intel.

  1. Install the VSIX in your VS Code window and run Developer: Reload Window. Your sign-in is kept.
  2. Right-click a project folder in Explorer → Work in Tvijo, or just open a file of the project.
  3. Describe the task. Auto edits, saves, tests and commits locally; check ⚙ for account, version and rules.

Verified

  • 890 of 891 extension checks pass; the remaining auto-commit no-repo check also fails on the 0.10.15 baseline. 7 runner, 10 CLI and 17 release-catalog checks pass. The published VSIX was downloaded anonymously on 2026-10-27 and its SHA-256 matched.
  • Native Windows editor 1.140.07214 passed activation, offline guide and symbols/definitions/references with extension 0.10.17; all 71 embedded files match this VSIX.

Когда это НЕ работает

  • Нужен редактор, принимающий VSIX (VS Code или VSCodium). В браузерный редактор без поддержки VSIX не установится.
  • Без аккаунта сервиса или ключа проекта расширение не отправит задачу.

Install the VSIX in your local or SSH window. Open Tvijo and sign in with a device code, or create a project key in the platform Connections page and run Tvijo: Sign in with project key. Use Tvijo: Open shared server thread to continue the same project conversation from your browser. Attach context and ask.

Run Tvijo: Start your first task for a guided read-only plan. Agent mode reads and searches project files, shows whole-file diffs and asks before every shell command; plan mode disables writes and commands. Tvijo: Local usage metrics shows event counts, outcomes, spend and duration from a metadata-only local log.

For isolated code tasks, explicitly enable coding execution when creating the project key. Run Tvijo: Create isolated coding task, select source files and immutable tests, and choose the supported offline test profile. Inspect the saved evidence and diff, then use Tvijo: Apply reviewed coding proposal. Changes reach editor buffers only after confirmation; save them explicitly. Test-process output is untrusted and does not mean independent acceptance.

For bounded proposal review, opt in to agent execution when creating the key. Choose one proposal plus review or two proposals plus review, enter atomic requirements, and inspect the saved agent tree and evidence references. Calls are sequential, with one attempt per step and one shared task ceiling. AI assessment does not establish general runtime correctness. Accepted changes still require your review and explicit editor confirmation. Review availability depends on the current calibrated policy.

  2. Unzip, move Tvijo Code.app to Applications and open it. macOS will say the developer cannot be verified: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway.
  3. If macOS says the app is damaged, run: xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine "/Applications/Tvijo Code.app"
  4. Open the ›_ Tvijo icon and sign in.

Verified

  • The published zip matches the SHA-256 and size in this table (checked on Linux).
  • Product name, embedded extension 0.5.5, symlinks and the code-signature seal checksums were checked on Linux.

Not verified yet

  • Launch, sign-in and asking a question on a real Mac.
  • The Gatekeeper first-open flow (see the steps below).
  • Auto-update: it still points at the upstream project and was not tested.

When it does NOT work

  • Not signed with an Apple Developer ID and not notarized, so the first open needs the manual steps above.
  • Pick the build for your chip: Apple Silicon (M1 and later) or Intel.

  1. Скачайте zip и сверьте SHA-256 командой shasum -a 256 (ниже).
  2. Распакуйте, перенесите Tvijo Code.app в «Программы» и откройте. macOS скажет, что разработчик не проверен: Системные настройки → Конфиденциальность и безопасность → «Всё равно открыть».
  3. Если macOS пишет, что приложение повреждено, выполните: xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine "/Applications/Tvijo Code.app"
  4. Откройте значок ›_ Tvijo и войдите.

Optional VS Code BYOK requires your own activated project connection and explicit provider task/day limits. Provider charges remain on your provider account; the Tvijo service fee is separate.
